Tyquane Wright is a Look Development Artist and Lighting Technical Director from Brooklyn, New York.
Tyquane started his career as a freelance 3D artist working with clients such as Viacom, Nickelodeon, BET, Comedy Central, We The Best Music Group, NBC Universal, and Disney/ ABC News.
In 2009, Tyquane joined the team at Sony Pictures Imageworks to work on feature film post productions and develop his skills as a technical artist. He continuously studies how real world surfaces react to light and how the human eye perceives it.
Tyquane studied traditional Fine Art at Cooper Union and Brooklyn College before earning a Masters of Science, in Digital Imaging from New York University.
His career highlights include meeting Marvel comics creator, Stan Lee at the Nickelodeon Student Film Awards Ceremony, contributing to "Spider-man: Into The Spide-verse", which won a Golden globe and Oscar awardn for Best Animated Film in 2019 and earning multiple "Sony Applause Awards" for excellence in digital shot work.
Tyquane loves making artwork daily. He enjoys creating abstract digital art that combines elements of realism and fantasy. His intention is to use knowledge of Light Psychology to combine a mixture of visuals that stimulate happiness.
