Life can get chaotic when you 💛 someone w/ a mental illness. Not to demean their struggles. But, we can really take on a lot of their feelings because we love them and that can wear on us.
I get it ... I grew up w/ a bipolar mother addicted to pills. It affected the entire family. You’re not alone if you feel frustrated.
