Bio

I am a canna-journalist and drug law reform activist who lives in Portland,

(text ‘equity’ to 420-420).

I was involved in cannabis legalization in Oregon, helping found New Approach Oregon, the organization responsible for drafting and campaigning for Measure 91.

Additionally, in 2014 I founded a group called Moms for YES on Measure 91 through grassroots efforts alone, which proved to be pivotal in the passage of the Measure, successfully legalizing recreational/adult-use cannabis in the State.

I also do freelance writing, creative marketing consulting and have worn many hats in the cannabis industry. Im a social justice and cannabis activist at the core and hope to see the prohibition of cannabis end at the federal level, and to see the cannabis conversation normalized.
