Yale University’s Tamara Y. Fore, MBA uplifts Indigenous voices. As a first-generation female to attend an Ivy League institution from her Quechan Native American tribal community, Tamara hopes to leave a pattern for others to get in the ring and win! As such, she has designed strategies and paradigms to help people enter and excel in environments where they have been minoritized.

A leadership expert, Tamara is a speaker, trainer, and consultant to high-profile clients and organizations seeking to get in the ring wherever they may locate themselves. Bringing the expertise of diversity and inclusion, branding, marketing, and sports entertainment, Tamara is a powerhouse to organizations, preachers, and industry leaders.

Tamara assists her clientele by using her creativity to help them in casting vision, clarifying their brand, and then growing what they envisioned to new heights. She expertly navigates promotional activities, event management, and negotiations to bring recognition to those she serves.

A master of group dynamics, Tamara works with populations impacted by trauma. She enters hard and challenging spaces to effect change and she is an expert at engaging in diverse communities.

Tamara is a pastor and Master of Divinity student at Yale. A cultural missionary, she is both a preacher and speaker to multidimensional audiences and environments. She brings her passion and cultural fluency to speak on a variety of topics ranging from hope, healing, transcendence, heritage, family, and more.
