The sales cycle hasn't changed over the years, it's delivery has however. Customers have access to a lot of different information, including more access to your competitor, impacting the traditional sales process.
🆗 Here are a few sales strategies you can implement now to start getting your team hitting sales targets:

Start to mine your database and have conversations with contacts who know you. Look at rebuilding relationships or reigniting old ones.

Salespeople hate cold calling. Create a cold calling hour and get the entire team involved. Call in a round-robin style until your team are confident to go it alone
3️⃣ “Lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem." - Zig Ziglar
Your sales team will always tell you there is not enough time. I would challenge them daily on this. Focus and direction will find you an additional 3 hours in their day to prospect.
There is no sales playbook. We don't learn how to sell in university and it is often the skill that is overlooked when businesses start investing in growth, yet sales will be the first to be blamed for poor results.
