I have had several careers and now focus on helping people looking to develop Disruptive Innovation in business.

I have a lengthy background in IT as a Programmer and Analyst through to Sales and Marketing Director roles with national and international software companies.

Late last century I moved into Sports Marketing then Media and PR via my enova Digital business.

Along the way I have coached and mentored Olympic and world champion athletes and managed the brands and profiles of well now celebrities and media personalities.

Now as CEO of enovasia (Singapore) I have a group of partners in Singapore, SanDiego, London and Melbourne I am RingMaster to this troupe of diverse consultants (Financiers, Scientists, Marketers etc) focussed on business Innovation for new adventures and existing businesses.

I am also CEO and Founding Director of See Global Media (Singapore) which operates in the IPTV and Digital Signage area in China and across Asia working closely with the worlds biggest brands and media/advertising companies.

With my business partner (and daughter) Nikki I co authored the Grumpy Old Managers Guide to Social Media in 2009.

I have presented as a keynote speaker on a wide range of business, technology and media topics in various parts of the world ...and love it.
