Michelle is a Brand Ambassador, social media maven, workaholic and technology enthusiast.
Martin serves as COO for the Urban Youth Racing School (UYRS), a nationally acclaimed innovative educational program that introduces urban students to “STEM” using motorsports. She is Co-Founder of the What It Takes Foundation, e-mentoring and celebrity symposiums to re-engage minority male youth in their academic careers along with Handbags 4 Peace and Global Safety For Women. Both are grass roots organizations dedicated to making sure women learn to be safe.
Martin joined UYRS in 2001 as a marketing consultant to assist with UYRS marketing, curriculum/program development, and efforts to support NASCAR diversity efforts coordination. Under Martin’s guidance, UYRS has been honored by African Americans On Wheels and has been featured in many media outlets. Martin oversees UYRS branding, marketing research, and emerging markets, and is responsible for building, coordinating and implementing programs that incorporate all UYRS assets.. Martin continues to consult Global Brands, organizations and youth related foundations to help them coordinate impactful youth programs and related strategic branding/social media efforts.
