A Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist and a Trauma Specialist, who started, Hopenetwork.in, the first online therapy website in India in 2009.
Currently the founder of The Emotional Wellness Initiatives, I work with a collective of therapists to provide niche emotional well-being and mental health services on an individual as well as organizational level. As a therapist, I personally work with relationships, dating and premarital coaching, anxiety, and recovery from emotional trauma of abuse (sexual/emotional). One of my niche specialities is to help couples navigate through polyamory and experimental sexual lifestyles.
A writer by passion, I have contributed hundreds of articles to publications such as Femina, Child and Better Homes and Gardens. Have a book on Toxic Relationships under wraps!
