Just a Black Mental Health Professional/Therapist trying to absorb all the positive energy/knowledge, sift out the bad, and leave my mark in the mental health field!
I have been in the mental health field for eleven years, two of which have been dedicated to Therapy as a Licensed Professional Counselor (under supervision; LPC-C). I will be fully licensed by Aug!!!
I began “Taking A New Journey, LLC” using my niece, nephew and grand nephews initials during Juneteenth (June 19, 2019), to remind myself that WE are free(ish)!
Though I have many, many interests and hobbies, therapy is my passion.
