Biography

Christopher is a 33-year old male of Afro-Caribbean and East Indian descent. His parent’s both originate from the former British Guyana.

Christopher has his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is trained in EMDR as well as a Neurolinguistic Programming Masters Level Practitioner alongside Hypnotherapy and EFT. Christopher is also a Kripalu Yoga 200/hr Trained. Christopher is a Reiki Master as well as as Vedic Thai Massage practitioner. Christopher is also in training to be a Transformational Breath® Facilitator.

Christopher works as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor during the day as well as Ontological Coach and Transformational Coach as well.

Christopher regards himself always, a student and teacher. Christopher is always willing to learn and grow along the journey, and lives by the philosophy we are all each one-winged angels, it is only by the support of one another that we each can fly.
