What is StorySculpting?

StorySculpting is a dynamic and interactive healing journey that uses your personal narrative, the Story of you, as a way in to connect with yourself on deeper levels and open to all the ways you’re being called to heal and evolve.

Through spoken and written Story practices, and a variety of healing tools - such as chakra breathing, meditation, reiki and creative visualization - you become intimate with all of your parts – the parts in the light and the parts in shadow.

We work together to uncover and heal old beliefs, patterns and wounds, and transmute those experiences into empowering and expansive tools of creation. The creation of a Story and life that is aligned with your divine purpose and fueled by your Authentic Voice - a voice that honors and fully expresses your truest, evolving self. A voice that alchemizes, liberates and inspires yourself and others.

In my Story I’m currently ...

✨Creating : Spaces for authentic connection and liberation thru sharing our Stories, spaces where all of our parts can show up and be heard and thru that hearing be integrated and healed.

✨Embracing : the beauty of flow over the stagnation of perfection

✨Learning to : speak the unspoken as a cathartic practice and a way to welcome authentic connections

✨Asking myself and others : If your basic needs were met and you didn’t have to worry about survival, how would you spend your days? What would you be and do, how would you live? And how could that living liberate both yourself and others?

🌿Open to : Connecting with high vibrational, conscious folks who want to build a world where the answers to the above question become a reality

🌈Offering : Introductory workshops and 6 week courses for organizations and communities, as well as 1:1 private sessions
