I’m using my 15+ years in the rehab and fitness world to bring clients thoughtful, individualized strength & conditioning programming informed by an athletic training perspective. My process also involves tapping into the athlete's inner strength via meditation, breathwork, and Reiki to help channel their untapped reserves. This holistic approach to a fitness routine takes performance to the next level, and addresses fear and hesitation that may exist around past injuries.
