A little more about me: I have spent 6+ years studying addiction, trauma, and codependency. After a year of sobriety from alcohol, I served as a sponsor for 3 women - supporting them in recovery.

Since then, I have had one divorce, 2 children, an amazing polyamory experience - and an amazing monogamous one.

Previously in a high-conflict coparenting relationship, I’ve taken all I’ve learned through the honing of conflict resolution - which actually transformed my once hostile relationship into the deep and meaningful connection I have today, built on love and mutual trust - and I’ve coached “couples” (both monogamous and non-monogamous) through a process that absolutely transforms their relationships.
