Adeleke Favour Okikijesu is an award winning passionate, optimistic and knowledge driven experienced farmer, (Founder Qiqi Farms) with a first class communication skill, he is a true lover of nature and he has over 10 years experience in farm management and production. His love for Agriculture propelled him to providing healthy food options for people across four states in Nigeria. In the last five years, he has continued to develop himself in the bit to serve his customers with highly nutritional products and growing his brand exponentially to feed at least 1% of the Nigerian population by 2025. With a team of 10 people he is building the next generation of knowledge driven farmers, who will be intentional about the creation of value via changing the narratives. He continues to share his knowledge by empowering other young people and women (trained 800 people both online and offline and has 500 farmers within his network) who are willing to be part of the agricultural value chain to unlock its limitless potentials to create jobs, and opportunities for people, making a noteworthy impact in the society. He still invests in developing himself in order to build a brand that gives back to the society, with a mind to reduce the high rate of hunger and malnutrition in Nigeria building a hale and hearty nation.
