My 15 year old son has been fighting for his life against end stage renal failure the past 7 years! He is finally ready for kidney transplant with me being his donor!! We transplanted on September 7th and it was successful and he gained 96% kidney function within hours!! Recovery was hard for me to say the least. But I returned to work after 2 months and within 3 weeks of returning to work I got COVID. Both my children got COVID also. We were fine at first and then COVID took a toll on Jeremiah. So now he’s in the hospital with COVID. He’s had it for over a month now and it’s caused serious damage to his new kidney. Because of my constant exposer to COVID I can’t return to work. And the devil got business in my business also but I don’t give up! It’s a struggle every day but I push on and count on God.
