🧠 Get Knowledge business improvement based in the UK. Hundreds of people have been supported through their improvement journey with us. Our clients range from business leaders to change professionals but all are keen to improve both business and self.

I take a coaching approach to help deliver improvements to the score to help teams win on a regular basis. Improving performance in a sustainable way by leaving behind the desire, understanding, skills and ultimately confidence to self improve.

💦 All things water. Currently support the water sector in improving towards performance commitments. This is a sector with an amazing purpose and an important role to play in the future of the UK and I’m here to help.

PERSONAL
😁 Born in Yorkshire in the UK. Married with 3 kids. Over the past few years my youngest child has developed challenges with autism which has led to a major change in all of our lives. I coach a ladies football team (currently u-18’s) which i’ve coached for the past 10 years. I love climbing mountains and am looking at my first big climb up mount Elbrus this coming August, if I’m allowed. I have a varied music taste but really partial to a bit of Nirvana and Deftones, unless I have turntables then its 90’s techno all the way.
