Santhosh has an MBA degree in Education Management, with over 15 years of experience in education domain, he comes with a rich experience in product innovation and teacher training.
He has trained over 1000 teachers on transformative teaching, has been instrumental in conceptualizing many new products for Chrysalis.
He has lead multiple delegations of school leaders to study the Finland system of education. He is deeply passionate about Technology, Indian culture and Education. He is the inventor of world’s first AR enabled textbooks and world’s first Android Presenter device.
He has also been part of MHRD’s new education policy deliberations - Chintan Shivir, and has conducted workshops to NCERT research members and Mauritius delegation on integrating QR and AR in NCERT books. He also consults widely to universities and schools on a pull-marketing strategy, which is long term and sustainable rather than a push marketing which is merely focussed on advertizing and not on brand building.
He travels widely across the world to places like Singapore, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Bahrain, Indonesia and Finland delivering lectures.
He is also the Co-Founder of 'www.gurucool.fun' and the Co-Founder of 'www.scadoosh.com'. His blog app in the pen name of theideamonk was downloaded more than 3 million times in play store. And he is the co-author of the book 'STOP TEACHING and START TRANSFORMING'
