Who cares for healthcare? Chameleon Care for Healthcare! Created by Juanita Golden A.K.A. “The Golden-NP”. She is a natural born leader and influencer that inspires others to “VICTORY” no matter where they are in healthcare. She has recognized the severe need to address the lack of teamwork and more are a result of healthcare workers experiencing depression, stress, burnout, PTSD, anxiety from other traumatic events related to paradigm. This has negatively affected nurses and other healthcare workers everywhere’s. Many of these issues leads to poor communication, ineffective coping, poor nutrition, deteriorating wellbeing, and poor outcomes for the patients we provide care. She offers compassionate support, enhanced coping skills, and more to help improve the lives of healthcare workers everywhere.
