I studied nutrition at The Ohio State University and graduated Cum Laude with my bachelor’s degree along with varsity athlete accolades as an Academic All-Big Ten and 4-year scholar athlete. I went on to complete my dietetic internship and master’s degree through Ball State University.
As a board-certified food & fertility nerd with a decade of experience and a knack for health humor, I use the 5 pillars of fertility to create lasting change so that women struggling to conceive can bring joy and pleasure back into their lives while addressing the root cause of their health issues.
