🙋🏾‍♀️I am a Empriss D. Bennett-Moreno. I am a certified Mindset Coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator. I work with women of color, especially those who have experienced or are overcoming adversity, to help them transform their mindsets, transcend limiting beliefs and negative paradigms, and start creating and expressing life freely on terms that they define for themselves.


👍🏾I personally know what it is like to try to overcompensate for a poor mindset through outer attainment and achievement. It is a tireless rat race. To feel like you are working your ass off, but still never get to the point where you feel good enough. I know what it is like to only pretend to have faith and need to control things all the time. To neither really trust God nor life. It’s exhausting. Mindset matters. Changing yours can change your life.
