I’m a dialect coach of 30+ years: I’ve coached actors like Viola Davis (as Michelle Obama for The First Lady), Jamie Dornan, Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Kathryn Hahn, Casey Wilson, Will Smith, Kevin Costner, Anya Taylor-Joy, Jim Broadbent, Lucy Hale, Julia Ormond, Ricky Martin, Shia Labeouf, Nicolas Cage, and thousands of others. I’ve coached for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Showtime, HBO and all the major studios and networks. I coach the Broadway musical Come From Away in five productions worldwide and coached the “live shot” for Apple TV+.

I can coach any accent of English, and created a “future” accent for the film After Earth. I can also teach you to sound like a specific person.

I’m also expert with helping people from across the US and around the world learn to use a general American accent.

What I love: Restoring the ecosystem at my local creek: I’ve removed more than 120,000 invasive swamp crayfish from the creek, which has allowed the native fish, frog, and insects to flourish. Several species of birds have returned as a result, and the water clarity has improved dramatically. I donate the crayfish to wildlife rehabilitators, who feed them to orphaned raccoons and possums. I’ve also removed tons of trash, invasive plants, and log jams to allow the creek to flow better.
