We all have a mind and it’s health is important. Here to humanize everyone.
For everyone, self-care is something different.
I’ve found that self-care has been, and is important for many, many people achieving what they want to achieve.
I’ve noticed, that when practicing self-care, sometimes we can be hard on ourselves. I’ve noticed this happen so many times in many people’s lives.
In fact, it has been a very prominent theme in my life.
Thanks to Igor Ledochowski really exploring the idea, I’ve really been able to learn what is at the core of self-care. Now, for everyone it is different, however there is one universal factor that affects the quality of our self-care:
Self-compassion.
Our ability to let go of pressure you may be placing on yourself. Currently I feel this is the most important piece to sustainable results. But it is SO much more than just that. At the root, self-compassion is 100% acceptance of your whole being! It’s letting go of any and all pressure you may be exerting on yourself, to be anyway than you currently are, so then you can be free to do what you would like to do, deep down.
