One of the goals for establishing The Culinary Well is to bridge the gap between food, fitness, holistic living, and eating for wellness.
Educating consumers via cooking tutorials and by helping people understand and decode nutritional labeling & ingredients as well as the benefits of incorporating herbs, minerals, and essential oils into their lifestyle.
