Beyond Berries (aka Bites) began learning the science of chocolate, the various cacao roasting processes and how soil and roasting yields different flavor profiles. Later studied techniques in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Dedicated to only using the finest, organic ingredients, the chocolates used today are globally sourced and hand blended during tempering. While Beyond Berries was officially launched exclusively selling dipped berries, the family operation now offers an array of artisan chocolates, cannabis infusions, personalized gifts and sand blown etched glassware.
