I learned the hard way that if I did not take care of myself in EVERY way, I was not going to be much good for anybody else.

Self-care for me looks like:

Re-Mothering 🤱🏾myself. Learning how to be a nurturing, loving, and kind Mom. Letting go of “mean momma” syndrome.

Dealing with my mental health and childhood trauma in a grown woman way. Respond. Do not react.

Tapping in to my natural gifts and abilities. I’m good at everything I do. Even F*cking up 🤷🏾‍♀️😂!

I’m the DIY Mom. If I can’t make it, grow it, sew it, or erect it from thin air, we don’t need it.

I Am Mother Earth 🌎.

I’m an avid gardener 🧑🏾‍🌾.

I love ZUMBA and practically any dancing 💃🏽.

I love to cook 👩🏾‍🍳.
