I’m Carla. I set up Roots Society when I came home to Australia after spending over a decade as an award-winning salon manager and colour specialist overseas. I have stood right at the cutting-edge of the salon world and spent 10 years in the free-thinking world of Europe and London mentoring and educating next to the best in the field.
I also won the title of UK/Ireland Manager of the year in 2018.
My talent is for navigating through tricky client requests and spotting colour corrections and styles from a mile away.
