Bio

I am a real estate professional with over 18 years of experience, and at this stage of my career, I have the opportunity to guide real estate agents full time as a coach and instructor. I also partner with coaches, team leaders, and broker / owners to help them serve their blue ocean agents.
I believe the key to the future existence of our profession is to develop honorable, knowledgeable, and professional real estate agents who achieve success by growing authentic relationships with their clients and serve them at a high level.
To accomplish this, I partner with The Locker Room Coaching Organization. We are a TRIBE of real estate leaders who collaborate together in order to provide guidance, systems, and resources to support other real estate professionals.
