Hey! My name is Alexis and I’m a 24 yr old graduate student. I currently work in MedEd and am preparing to transition into medical school in the near future. 🙌🏾

In my off time I’ve been pouring into my passion project, Arrise Hair Co. AHC is an online hair boutique aimed at fostering confidence in young women as they explore different hairstyles. I’m so proud of this, God has moved mountains to allow me to start a company during a pandemic!

Professionally, projects are my game. Managing projects, identifying goals and objectives, and making sure the work aligns with the strategy to deliver the project are key strengths of mine. My educational and professional experiences have allowed me to innovate and improve the organizations I’ve worked with and currently work for.

My career goals include becoming a medical physician, founding an NPO that provides free mental healthcare for minority demographics and expanding my current business into other beauty entities.
