A Black, Rn that advocates for our right to be safe on our jobs. I am hellishly against systematic racism in our careers as nurses. We are as essential as the rest of the medical team! My truest mission is protecting nurses when we are down and out because of sickness, workplace violence from patients or coworkers. Antagonizing Black Nurses through stereotyping and labeling us constantly as angry and frustrating.
Who will protect the Nurses of any race? However, Black nurses suffer DAILY because of this.
Being attacked by a patient in 21yrs of nursing. I'm finding that, you, are just a body and or number to work harshly under serious and combative situations. Help spread the words of my mission: Protect the Nurses!
