Roshanda Michelle Richards is a Master Hair Stylist, Educator and Platform Artist that has been licensed since 2003. Roshanda is a southeast Texas resident, who was born and raised in Beaumont Texas, a small city close to the Louisiana state border. At a very young age it was obvious she had a natural love for all things connected with beauty.

As the oldest child of two siblings, Roshanda often provided free services to friends and family. This would allow practice and plenty of credentials as this young woman was surely headed down a promising career path.

Despite being pregnant with her first child, she completed cosmetology school and graduated before giving birth in September 2003. (Being a single mother offering has services was the main source of survival)

Roshanda is known for being more than just your typical hair stylist. She dedicates herself to being innovative and always presenting amazing, entertaining and educational showcases. She has graced some of the most world renowned platforms and has been spotlighted in major beauty shows such as Bronner Brothers Internatonal Hair and Trade Show and many others.

Roshanda now has and laserbeam focus on contributing career changing education to the beauty industry, as well as being a major assistant in keeping the craft above the professional standard
