Tena Raglin on Clubhouse

Bio

Hello my name is Tena Raglin,
I am a lifelong educator, starting out teaching high school in the central valley of CA, Merced and Dos Palos, with my husband Ron over 30 years ago. We met Dr. Taylor Hartman; at a professional dev event, where he was training people himself on his theory of personality The Color Code. Instantly, we knew how powerful this tool could be in the classroom. Ron and I have been sharing the power of Color Code ever since.
In relationships it helps people improve communication and focus on their response to others rather than trying to change the other person.

After teaching in CA for 18 years, Ron was called, by his lifelong friend Arne Duncan, to work side by side with him leading Chicago Public Schools. This opportunity bought us back to Ron’s home, Chicago. Over my entire education career, I have taught infants through adults, and all ages and stages in between. I have also worked in our family business and became a Certified Color Code Trainer in the Fall of 2015.
The original work by Dr Hartman was titled The Color Code, just like his theory. The update book in now titled the People Code and is available through Amazon or other book retailers.
