Deidre L Boswell is the host of the podcast 🎧 Sippin Tea ☕️ w/Dee, on anchor.fm/deidre-simmons, which projects positive images of women, in particular African-American women 👩🏾 who have been marginalized in society. Deidre has created a platform where these women are celebrated and honored for their skills, talents, experience and wisdom.

In addition she is a plus size model 🧑🏾⚖️ motivational speaker, 🎙vocalist, 📖writer, 🖊survivor, and life enthusiast who currently resides in the city brotherly love & sisterly affection, Philadelphia, Pa.
Also, she is the founder of
A Mother’s Love Never Dies 🌹a private Facebook group created to help connect those who have experienced the loss of their mothers through support and encouragement. Furthermore, she is the co-founder of Sandi’s Girls 👯♀️👯♀️Incorporated, an organization she created with her sisters, Sandisgirls 2,3 and 4, in honor of their mother following her death after a 13 month battle w/uterine cancer 🎗 to provide support and resources for families during troubled times.

Deidre holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, which she earned from Benedict College 💜💛 in Columbia, SC as well as a Master of Education degree 📚from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix. AZ. Currently, she is a member of the Philadelphia Alumnae Chapter of ❤️🤍❤️🤍Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. 🔺🐘
🎙Personal
On a personal level, Deidre is very family oriented, she has no children of her own, however, she is recognized as a favorite among her 8 nieces and nephews whom she adores and has a very close relationship.
