I’m a Registered Nurse/Educator/Nursepreneur/Wife/NewMommy/Real Estate Newbie

•I have been a Registered Nurse for 11 years. My background is Cardiac/Telemetry and Medical Surgical. 🩺💉💊 I’ve also done travel nursing, registry PRN, home health,and simulation for new grad RNs.
Currently, I am a simulation instructor and teach nursing students how to be practical than just memorizing the information.

• I serve novice nurses who want to lower anxiety and build self-esteem in clinical settings. Our mission is to nurture, inspire, and coach nurses through providing tools, strategies, and resources needed to excel in the profession.

Real Estate Newbie: 🏘🏡🏠

I am a new to the real estate world and looking forward to learning from everyone. My husband and I live in Los Angeles, CA but we are looking to invest out of state.
I do not know exactly where to start in real estate. However, I've heard wholesaling, house hacking and rentals (short, long term) are good starts. Right now, I'm learning the real estate terminology, listening to podcasts, taking notes, listening on clubhouse in real estate rooms.
