Tasha is the owner of JD Beauty Supply. JD Beauty Supply is considered the HUB of the community. It is not only a place for individuals to shop for hair products but also discuss their own goals for the future.
In Tasha’s store she has created a space for other entrepreneurs in her community to come out and put there business cards so that she can promote them. This also allows community members to have access to those resources.
Being a pillar of her community Tasha also believes that it takes a village is not just term in traditional black communities but still applies to today. It takes a village to work together to ensures it’s grows.
Tasha is not only the Owner of JD Beauty Supply she is also the founder of the Diver Market. This market allows individuals to come out and sale there products aa well as themselves especially if they provide specific services.
Currently Tasha is not the President of the board of directors for the South District SSMID and she also sits on the board of directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
