Hi, I’m Taryn. 🌻 I’m a gardener, plant-based dietetics student and music lover.
- I’m passionate helping others find balance through diet, mindset and movement.
- I became passionate about health and wellness after struggling with my health for years. When I was in college, I found out that I had an autoimmune disease. Later on, I found out that I had a large fibroid in my body that grew to be 13 cm. Unfortunately, I made the decision to have it surgically removed without realizing there were other ways to remove my fibroid that were less invasive to the body.
- My health struggles has given me a passion to help others who are going through similar issues. It also has given me a passion for gardening. 🌿 I’ve been gardening for a year now, and I am so grateful for it. IG: @tarynsgarden
