Taraka has a unique fascination with water.
 
Her favorite place to meditate is to be near water.
 
And her love of this element spans in countless forms.
 
The sound of it. The beauty of it. The touch and taste. Its fluidity. Its purity. The flow. The softness and strength. Its flexibility. Its consciousness. The creative and destructive forces.
It can be silky smooth, yet rough as a storm. It brings forth life, yet has the ability to end one. It can clean, yet it can pollute.
 
It is comforting and disruptive. It can be solid as a rock, yet yielding as well. It can cause dis-ease yet is a powerful healer.
It can bathes in pristine stillness and silence, yet can be loud and active as a roaring wave.
 
The magic of water goes on…..
 
To understand water, is to understand the cosmos and life itself… so a wise man once said.

Taraka Ishaya is a teacher of consciousness, mental and wellness trainer for the last 20 years.
 
Through the practice and teaching of the Ishaya Ascension meditation techniques, Taraka had been able to explore the mysterious dance of the mind with in-depth understanding and wisdom.
 
Through this perception, her clarity also expands into the realm of the mind/body connection. How the mind can affect the optimum function of the body and verse versa.
 
Her unique non religious approach to connecting one back to Source, burning up any ideas of separation between ourselves and the Divine.
 
Taraka teaches intensive workshops based on the Ishaya Ascension meditation. She guides and lead a community of practitioners locally and overseas.
 
She also give talks on topics ie. relationships, mental wellness and clarity and focus, peace and joy, abundance, etc.
