I’ve have past experience as an actress (soap operas, films, commercials,) film producer, screenwriter with 4 scripts under my belt, TV reporter (worked at local outlets then developed my own news outlets with hard news, sports (interviewed Kobe Bryant among other top athletes), and entertainment (celebrity red carpet events). I’ve been an insurance agent, internet marketer and have taught as an educator for LAUSD…
Phew, 😅 I know it’s a lot. Trying to taper that bright shiny object syndrome 😎 down. With all of that I’m now strictly focused on 4 things.

🌺2. My personal development business. I’m an author/speaker/coach. I wrote 6 motivational books and I’m an awarded Toastmasters member.
🌺3. Also, RE investing. Trying to focus on wealth accumulation with 🏠s at the moment rather than passive income.
