Tanya Ray is a leader, author, entrepreneur, Life Transformation Coach, founder of a women's ministry by the name of Fearfully and Wonderfully Made Woman Arise Minitries, she has held several conferences for women in the city of Chicago, she us the owner of Arise Life Empowerment Coaching LLc.

Through her book Arise Get Up and Start Choosing You Again! She gives practical steps, that will help others to start choosing themselves, help them to truly discover who they are and be confident in their Identity, and to change any limited thinking they have regarding self.
