➡️My mission and passion is to help leaders from manager to C-suite, position themselves and their teams to create strategies and relationships that will lead to results.

➡️I’ve spent over 18 years in various leadership roles in Corporate America, Higher Education and servicing students through the Department of Education’s TRIO program.

Leadership was not my title. It was the influence that I had on others around me who wanted to grow. This is what I do today. I use ALL of my experiences and knowledge and ride the wave to success with my clients.
