❤️ - Got into drugs & alcohol at young age, luckily I had huge wake up call. I ended up in hospital which made me completely rethink life.

❤️ - I got out of abusive relationships and changed my life and got into health & fitness.

❤️ - Competed in bikini competitions but everything caught up with me. After strict dieting I ended up with an eating disorder.

❤️ - Suffered badly with anxiety, at one point I literally thought I was going crazy.

❤️ - Healed and recovered from myself, anxiety and binge eating disorder became an Emotional Eating Coach as I knew I wanted to help others who also suffer.

❤️ - Doggie mum of 2 beautiful greyhounds, they are my life 😂
