As a dedicated interdisciplinary doula, I serve families between Milwaukee and Madison, WI through the full spectrum of pregnancy, including miscarriage, stillbirth, pregnancy release, and adoption.

I provide emotional, educational, and physical support to families navigating the health care system, continuous care throughout labor, and support the use of self care recovery measures after birth.

My activism includes the intersections of pregnancy and racism, ability, incarceration, gender identity, trauma, human rights. With a specific interest as a health policy advocate I engage local, state, and federal legislators to highlight ways pregnant people are impacted by current laws and bills that introduced.

I advocate for (while practicing) radical self love, mindfulness, peaceful communication, and honoring the sacred Mother Earth.
