Tamesha Wells is the owner of Living Well Realty Group and the Team Leader of The Wells Group, powered by ERA Legacy Living. She is a native Houstonian with over 14 years of real estate experience, starting as an investor at the age of 19.
Over the years, Ms. Wells has received several achievements and earned recognitions for her sales prowess and devotion to the various organizations. As a Real Estate Professional, she is known for her outstanding customer service and passion for her community. The awards Ms. Wells received includes the NAREB Realtist-Associate Award; the Top 20 Black Real Estate Professional in Houston award, 100% Club Award with RE/MAX, recognized as one of the Top Producing Team Lead just to name a few.
Ms. Wells is committed to giving back, serving. As an advocate of black homeownership and generational wealth, she spends her time educating the community of its importance through workshops and organized events that are centralized on those topics. For 4+ years, she held a few executive positions throughout the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, which led to her current position as the President of the National Young Realtist Division of NAREB. She has chaired the Women’s Council of HBREA Scholarship Luncheon for three consecutive years, teaches financial literacy at the juvenile detention center and other platforms, volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) to raise scholarship funds for the youth, amongst other activities.
On Wednesdays from 12 pm – 1 pm CST, she co-hosts a radio show, “The Real on Real Estate” on 953Jamz.com, which provides industry knowledge to listeners nationwide.
Ms. Wells’ personal time is spent with family, friends, and meeting new people. She also enjoys traveling the world, experiencing new things, and learning about other cultures.
