Greetings!
My name is TaMara Goode
p/k/a TaMara E'Lan G. fondly called "TaZz" or "2Goode". An Indianapolis native, I am a proud mother and grandmother who is blessed to be walking in my purpose as a multi-media artist: poet, author, inspirational/motivational speaker, playwright, screenwriter, actress, director, visual artist, stand up comedian and aspiring photographer.
I am blessed to have performed in an assortment of productions and events where I use all of my artistic and creative platforms to bring laughter, love and light to others. A community activist and mental health advocate, I created and co-founded Project W.I.N.G.S (We Inspire Nurture Guide Support) Mental - Spiritual health and wellness ministry in 2017 along with other survivors and members of Scott United Methodist Church of Indianapolis, Indiana. I am a suicide attempt survivor, as well as a suicide loss survivor and an overall humbled "poster child" of testimony. Project W.I.N.G.S was inspired by a dream and vision given to me by Yah/God after the suicides of both a friend/classmate in 2010 and dear cousin/bff in 2012, building upon the pre-existing mental health ministry at Scott United Methodist Church. As the President and lead group workshop facilitator of Project W.I.N.G.S, which provides support groups, workshops and resources to those struggling with mental health conditions and/or mental health crisis; I strive to use my voice for promoting healing, upliftment, awareness and to encourage others on their mental-spiritual health journey.
