I’m a musician, writer, visual artist, community builder, and native Angeleno.

In addition to performing with my band I love to facilitate soundbaths and sound healing meditations. A multi-hypenate to the core, I’m also founder of what L.A. Times calls “cult favorite” DUM DUM Zine and organize literary events, sonic meditations, and work as a creative when not on tour. Poetry, essays, and visual art appears in The Onion, SPIN, Entropy, Razorcake, Los Angeleno, The Bushwick Review, TL;DR Magazine, Yes Poetry, and publications all over the country.
