Mr. Wallace has over 15 years of Hospitalty services, marketing and entrepreneurship. He has managed full service as well as select-service in almost every sector of the business. He has extensive experience with new openings, renovation planning, and asset management. He has held positions in the past as Marketing Managaer, and Operations Manager. Mr. Wallace specializes in giving his customers the best services possible. Currently, Mr. Wallace is running three great businesses All three of this business were started for personal reasons and inspired Mr. Wallace NOT GIVE UP! 1. New Walk of Life which is a “Brain Injury Company” started because his mother was involved in an automobile accident where she was the only one to survive. 2. Three Seasons Food Truck. That was motivated strictly from his daughters so Wallace built his food truck from the ground up to show his daughters that anything is possible. 3. Munchies Family Coney happend by a stroke of FAVOR. We did pretty good with the food truck that we were able to get a brick & mortar and the rest has been history. Mr. Wallace CONTINUES to defy the odds talking to kids, teens, and parents about life. Being that Mr. Wallace we're in several foster homes, mother incarcerated, mental health hospitals to graduating high school & college, having a wife and three beautiful daughters, and now taken care of his mother while running the business he believes you still can DREAM. “Everyone has problems, but it's how you handle your problems that define your character” I found my way out and decided not to live in what I did not cause.”
