I am a NYC-based writer / director / producer. As company member of New Ambassadors Theatre, I’ve had the opportunity to direct plays by Max Gill, Amanda Hanna and Aly Kantor. Producer James Hornbeak hired me to do a writing assignment with him, adapting a young adult novel. Inside the NYC-based incubator The Playground Experiment, I’ve developed some of my own projects. Early on in this career, I produced Cannes-winning short film HAPPY NOW and the AMPAS-winning short THE WORMHOLE. Previously, I garnered Virginia Press Association awards for both writing and photography and eventually rose to the post of Managing Editor. Later, I rose to a VP in finance at Bear Stearns and Credit Suisse.

I earned my Master’s degree in producing and screenwriting at NYU.
