Founder- Psycho Drama Edu-Health Foundation

With 10+ years of counselling,progressive facilitation and training experience augmented by a strong background in Psychology, Training and Development, People Management, Progress Improvement, I have been able to challenge and guide people through personal counselling, team building, theatre intervention, storytelling and employee engagement programs.

I hold a master’s degree in Psychology. I am trained in art therapy, drum circles, and behavior modification techniques that are effectively used in all the programs. I am a certified Life Skills trainer and a Storyteller too.

I am founder of Psycho Drama Edu-Health Foundation- a nonprofit organization. Psycho Drama Edu-Health Foundation runs mental health programs in low income schools in Mumbai.

I have been a theatre enthusiast and has acted in several plays, short films, and more. I am a voice-over artist and have dubbed for animation films, cartoon series, feature film, ads, among others.
