Often seen as “kris.w” on personal art and tv credits, Kris Wimberly is a Storyboard Artist and Director in TV animation. For over the last thirteen years, he's worked for nearly every major tv animation studio including Nickelodeon, Disney, Cartoon Network, Warner Bros. and several other animation studios around Burbank. His list of credits includes roles specializing in comedy and comedy-action, and he's storyboarded on shows in nearly every version of tv animation – 2D, CG, Flash, script driven, board driven, Preschool, Kids TV, Primetime, and even worked on an animated feature at Universal! Kris and his podcast team shared tons of industry knowledge and experience through 5 seasons of The Animation Network comprised of a podcast, newsletter and YouTube channel. Currently he's directing on a new show at Disney TV Animation set to premiere this Spring, and has his own show in Development at Disney as Creator and Executive Producer!
