As a savvy food safety entrepreneur, I have spent years educating, speaking, writing, and inspiring people about the importance of food safety.

After a series of life-changing experiences, I began my journey as an entrepreneur. I was a
♦️ 50 year-old-woman,
♦️ starting from ground zero,
♦️ my bank account was empty,
♦️ and, I had no money to invest.
💙 What I did have was the desire to succeed, tenacity, and grit.

☕️If I can do this, you can, too; I won't sugarcoat the process. It hasn't been easy, but it has been immensely rewarding and satisfying. I built a 7 figure company in less then 10 years.

I have worked with entrepreneurs, national, and international corporations. Together we have built more solid food safety cultures within their organizations, 🦠 COVID-19 Response Plans, and more. This investment increased their brand awareness and bottom line.

I have shared my tragedies and triumphs along the way to help those who find themselves thinking they are "less than capable" of starting their own business. We are capable of so much more than we believe.
