My background is in behavioural science, and business management- with over 14 year’s experience at competing sport at the Australian level in Polocrosse. I am super passionate about helping other women- and the best way I know how is through sports performance confidence and strong mindset (on and off the field) Plus get a huge amount of enjoyment out of teaching kids to swim, being confident in and out the water.
